The Sales Director, North America, will identify and acquire new customers across various markets, including Autonomous Driving, Factory Automation, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Security, and Defense. This involves identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing large-scale, complex deals. The candidate will also develop a robust pipeline of new sales leads and present cutting-edge technology solutions.

This role as Regional Sales Manager involves providing direction and recommendations to support business operations pertaining to sales, and developing and implementing sales plans to accomplish company goals. Responsibilities include communicating with customers daily, meeting team targets, reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, and assisting leadership in annual review and administration of sales forecasts.
