We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale channel within our South Atlantic region for our doors organization, representing Therma-Tru, Larson, and Fypon brands. This role manages a team of Territory Managers, drives sales performance, and executes strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
As the Retail Sales Manager, you will represent our Therma-Tru, Larson, Fiberon, and Fypon brands to lead the companyβs revenue growth goals for the Northeast division through our presence in Home Center and partnering with our Wholesale SOS distribution customers. As a member of the retail sales leadership team, you will be a key contributor to the strategic direction and decisions for this channel.
The Architectural Sales Representative manages architectural promotion to influence the design and specification process and position Fiberonβs products for use on commercial projects. You will implement current sales strategies and drive the specification position for Fiberonβs cladding products with the Architect, Interior Designer and Specifier community. Understanding of the roles of the General Contractor and Owner is essential.
