This position has the opportunity to make a direct impact to Intuitive US Hospital Marketing initiatives that drive adoption of da Vinci Surgery among customers. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement key programs, materials, and support our marketing and sales teams to provide support to hospital executives/marketing teams as they educate their patient and referring physician communities on the value of da Vinci surgery.
This role supports a wide range of customer and market insight initiatives at Intuitive, conducting mainly primary market research studies and analyses. The intern will play a key supporting role in identifying marketplace opportunities and reducing business decision making risk, assisting in various tasks from research objective confirmation to report development.
Be a resource to the surgical team by providing guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System. Manage the complex sales process of da Vinci® Surgical Systems into new hospitals and upgrades into existing hospitals and build support from surgeons and administration for da Vinci® Surgery. Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the da Vinci® Surgical System within an assigned sales territory.
