  • Expand da Vinci Surgical System usage through training and selling to new surgeons.
  • Guide new system installations and prospect for upgrades to existing base.

  • Identify and validate high-potential leads for cardiac procedures using the da Vinci Surgical System in the DACH region.
  • Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders and Reference Centers to expand cardiac programmatic adoption.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource for surgeons, cardiologists, and executives to integrate the da Vinci system and ensure programmatic success.

  • Manage and develop the clinical field sales team to achieve and exceed goals for da Vinci Surgical System utilization and growth.
  • Expand usage in existing accounts by training new surgeons across all applicable specialties.
  • Lead new system installations, prospect for upgrades, and collaborate with marketing and training departments on new strategies.

  • Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across all primary surgical specialties.
  • Lead product demonstrations, in-services, and sales activities to maximize utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems in the assigned territory.
  • Support the surgical team by providing guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.

  • Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy for maximizing da Vinci Surgical System utilization in the Minneapolis, MN territory.
  • Mentor surgical teams through training and OR integration while driving continuous expansion of the user base.
  • Dependably manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports while traveling up to 25%.

  • Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
  • Support training activities including in-services, training labs, and first case series to develop teams and programs.
  • Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space while collaborating with sales teams to integrate the Ion platform.

  • Provide expert front line support to all internal and external customers to strengthen customer satisfaction and contribute to positive surgical outcomes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex Robotic problems using remote diagnostics or over the telephone; some on-site or in-house service support may be required.
  • Record requests for service and actions taken using computerized and manual documentation systems to provide historical service records and identify trends.
