  • Consult with customers and understand their needs; collaborate with sales and the Digital Networking team to drive adoption of the digital portfolio with surgeons.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of digital solutions through targeting, customer support, continuous consultation, and thorough training on functionality and benefits.
  • Drive continuous expansion and development of the digital user base by working with key surgeon thought leaders and other key customers to develop a qualified lead funnel.

  • Develop a sales plan tailored to your local market with team members.
  • Direct the utilization of the da Vinci system by managing clinical and system support with OR case procedures, hiring, training and development of team base on leadership expectation.
  • Integrate the da Vinci at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs to insure ongoing commitment to the system.

  • Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in their assigned territory ensuring all service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled.
  • Expertise in electro-mechanical systems, specialized training, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products, coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.

  • Be a resource to the surgical team by providing guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
  • Lead all technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc.
  • Contribute to Clinical Sales Manager team quarterly sales goals by helping influence behavior change in customers such as product demonstrations/in- services, OR selling activities, and customer support trainings.

  • Prepare the Taiwan opportunity for Ion product portfolio introduction by establishing relationships with physicians, hospital executives and specialty specific society leadership
  • Build organizational knowledge around the interventional pulmonology, interventional radiology, & thoracic surgery specialties, with a focus the biopsy and treatment of small peripheral lung lesions.
  • Gain market insights on how lung cancer screening and incidental nodule programs are being implemented in different hospital segments

  • Work with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales plan for the local market.
  • Become a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures to position yourself as a partner in the development of surgical teams.
  • Work, with the support of da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager, with senior hospital staff and key surgeons in the development and execution of a plan to effectively integrate the da Vinci® at new customer sites, ensuring ongoing commitment to the system.

  • Manage the successful onboarding process for Intuitive customers, ensuring effective utilization of services and resources.
  • Become an expert in Intuitive Ecosystem offerings, providing relevant solutions to meet unmet needs of hospital stakeholders.
  • Monitor outcomes and prevent potential bottlenecks affecting hospital performance, while advocating for customer needs with internal teams.

  • Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
  • Support training activities to include in-services, training labs, attend first case series and development of teams and programs.
  • Work alongside Endoluminal Sales Representatives to collaborate with senior hospital staff and key physicians to integrate Ion® at new customer sites.

  • Leads the development and execution of health-economic strategies to support capital investment in Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) technology.
  • Prepares and presents robust business cases to hospital C-suites, providing strategic guidance on economic sustainability, CAPEX planning, and return on investment (ROI) for RAS programs.
  • Acts as a key liaison between executive leadership, procurement, and clinical departments, delivering tailored consultancy and ensuring alignment between financial strategy, clinical priorities, and operational goals.

  • Focus on the execution of current and future digital strategies to further grow the digital solution adoption by our customers.
  • Responsible for customer onboardings, performing workflow analysis and optimization, customer training and application support.
  • Lead customer meetings, train the Intuitive Hub and My Intuitive+ services in numerous clinical settings and specialties.
