The Field Service Technician is responsible for equipment start-ups, demonstrations, and promotional services. They will troubleshoot equipment via telephone, provide technical information, plan and conduct training, and perform field service work, assisting customers with problems. The role also includes reporting on warranty and quality of all products, with a focus on Marathon product offerings.

Looking for Bike and Treadmill repair contractors with the knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify and repair bikes and treadmills for the most well know high end interactive fitness equipment brands in America. Contractors must have their own tools and transportation.
