Building Equipment and Systems Data Analyst

This position is located Remote within USA to centrally support the branch level of operations related to machinery and equipment diagnostics. Qualified candidates will have 15+ years of experience in HVAC equipment repair, maintenance and troubleshooting. They will be expected to perform most of the daily activities using computers and programs that assists in diagnostics and reporting of various type of machines including, Chillers (water and air cooled), cooling towers, pumps and AHUs. As a member of the Connected Chiller Support Team, you will work with other analyst with various skill sets including chillers diagnostics, HVAC general diagnostics, Vibration, Oil, refrigerant, Motor Current Analytics. Analyze performance and condition data utilizing engineering principles and software tools. Perform Daily Dashboard Review and deep dive analytics on remotely connected equipment. Provide advanced support to field account teams for interpreting the data and reports and improve the operations and maintenance of building equipment and systems. Work directly with end customers to advise on maintenance activities driving additional revenue streams for JCI in the service business.
