Responsible for the sale of enterprise-level, financially accretive building solutions to facility owners of large-scale enterprise level accounts in the DCS market. Promotes the JCI value proposition to executive contacts and consultants by providing comprehensive solutions with well-defined return on investment for the clientβs business and operational needs. Establishes long-term relationships while seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
Support the System Application Engineers in their support of the construction sales team and functions as an SAE for select reps, customers and/or projects. Ensure projects are implemented profitably, accurately, on-time, within the scope of the contract and in alignment with customer expectations. Focus is on equipment slippage, avoids and minimizes slippage, following up to prevent re-occurrence, and ensure the proper balance of pre and post sales activities is maintained to meet overall customer expectations through coaching.
