The Technical Account Specialist (TAS) manages Diversey’s businesses within their assigned territory, surveying, installing, maintaining and/or repairing chemical dispensing platforms and leased dish machines at customer sites and is responsible for delivering the value proposition and meeting contracted service level agreements for primarily laundry, kitchen, and housekeeping applications; the TAS must build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the property under the supervision of the Community Manager. Assists with move-ins, move-outs, and annual inspections. Prepares vacant units for re-occupancy. Performs electrical and plumbing repairs. Completes preventive maintenance and work orders, ensuring property standards and safety. Participates in a standby emergency schedule.
