Present to C-Suite level clients on complex mechanical, facilities and asset management projects including Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Use data to improve overall Facilities Maintenance Programs. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
This position assists with and oversees the maintenance and Capital Improvement needs at FPIM managed sites. Responsibilities include creating contract scopes, bid analysis, vendor evaluation, maintenance staff training, reporting property deficiencies, and assisting with preventative maintenance procedures and Capital Needs assessments. The role also involves supervising Capital Improvement projects and working with General Contractors.
Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Installs pipes and fixtures; assembles fittings and valves; and modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for installations and services. Performs inspections of plumbing systems to ensure quality control.
