Provide on-site support and maintenance for advanced water purification systems. Troubleshoot, install, and maintain high-performance equipment in diverse environments while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Work closely with clients to train, guide, and optimize system performance, while identifying proactive service opportunities that enhance operational efficiency. The role involves extensive travel and requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills.

The Field Service Technician will be considered a specialist for a product line that the BID service team supports. This level technician will demonstrate a full working knowledge of a product line including theory of operation as well as the mechanics. They will provide solutions to complex problems as well as provide field and/or remote support to technicians.

A Field Service Engineer will install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and otherwise maintain da Vinci® Surgical System in assigned territory ensuring all service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled and exceeding customer expectations. This requires expertise in electro-mechanical systems, specialized training, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
