The Field Service Technician – Level 3 reports to the Regional Support Manager and is responsible for the service and maintenance of product lines, demonstrating a full working knowledge of the product lines they support including theory of operation and mechanics. Position requires travel throughout the United States.

Assume responsibility for managing national refrigeration replacement projects for retail clients from inception to completion, ensuring projects are on time and within budget. The Refrigeration Project Manager produces estimates and generates purchase orders, choosing vendors and ensuring gross margins are met. Maintain schedules and provide timely reports to senior management.
