What You’ll Do:
Provide technical and sales support to customers.
Evaluate customer claims for warranty disposition.
Schedule and coordinate customer visits and project work to optimize travel efficiency.
Assist Engineering and Manufacturing teams with design recommendations and new equipment inspections.
Respond promptly to customer and vendor inquiries, assess urgency, and provide clear resolutions. Provide remote and onsite technical support, including system commissioning, training, troubleshooting, and repair supervision. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings accurately. Inspect and test machinery to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Verify part dimensions for conformance to specifications. Prepare detailed procedures and operational recommendations. Investigate warranty claims and determine failure causes. Provide detailed reports on technical issues, maintenance needs, and resolutions. Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities. Support continuous improvement in design, manufacturing, and customer service. Train end-users on equipment installation, operation, and maintenance. Assist the Global Sales Team with troubleshooting and repair recommendations. Maintain compliance with ISO quality standards and participate in process improvements. Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Pyrotek equipment as needed.
