The focus of the Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) is to clinically sell to maximize the da Vinci® Surgical System’s utilization in the XXXXX territory. They will work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization and manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci® Surgery applications. The CSA will be a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
Manage the complex sales process of da Vinci® Surgical Systems into new hospitals and upgrades into existing hospitals. Build support from surgeons and administration for da Vinci® Surgery, identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the da Vinci® Surgical System within an assigned sales territory. Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the sales team to drive procedural volume and growth.
As a District Sales Manager, you maintain and expand relationships across the Key Accounts, System Integrators, local Dealers and Distributors within an assigned District. You are responsible to grow our share of wallet within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio and are responsible for achieving a sales quota and assigned account objectives for local, national and/or global partners of Radionix.
