Job Description

Join our dynamic sales team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role you will prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email. You will also be responsible for communicating the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs, handling a high volume of chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution. Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision. Participate in projects aimed at improving sales operations and processes, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance team performance, Actively exchange ideas and communicate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improved sales performance.
