Clinical Sales Manager

Primary Function:

• Manage da Vinci Surgical System utilization within the installed base.
• Manage installations, training, and utilization growth.
• Hire, train, and develop U.S. Account Managers.

Essential Job Duties:

• Expand da Vinci® Surgery usage in all existing accounts.
• Prospect for new system installations and system upgrades.
• Work with training and marketing departments on new strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in da Vinci® Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management.
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room Environment.
• Previous record of managing and directing a sales team.
