Primary Function:
- Building and developing the clinical field sales team.

- Expanding clinical usage in all existing accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing training and education process within installed base.
- Leading new system installation process.
- Collaborating with various teams to implement new strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in clinical sales and business acumen.
- Proven experience in developing, coaching, and training a sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
