Primary Function:
- Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products.
- Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled.
- Exceed customer expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities including system inspections and software updates.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products within designated timeframes.
- Complete administrative duties such as spare parts inventory and expense reports.
Qualifications:
- A university or college degree in science or a technical engineering or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in the Market’s local language(s) and English.
- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
