Field Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to all customer requests and schedule on-site visits.
• Provide installation, warranty, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain frequent communications with sales.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Field Technical person.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing workloads.
• Understanding of computer systems.
