The Field Service Engineer (FSE) provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. This role checks out and approves the operational quality of system equipment, instructs customers in system operation/maintenance, and serves as a company liaison on administrative/technical matters. The FSE interprets customer needs and clarifies problem resolution responsibilities.
