Open Positions
Work with multi-disciplined teams to develop substation physical layout drawings in 2D and 3D. Plan and execute structural design deliverables, including foundation plans and structure details. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced drafters and designers on drafting tools and design processes.

Perform civil site drafting, modeling, and development for substation and transmission line projects. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure complete and timely designs. Provide oversight, peer reviews, and travel to client sites as needed.

Develop mechanical physical layout drawings in a 3-D model under the direction of the Mechanical Project Lead. Design mechanical systems and troubleshoot a wide variety of mechanical design issues. Use 3D modeling software to generate schematics, piping isometrics, and equipment location drawings.

Mentor and train less experienced team members and perform independent reviews of design calculations and drawings.
