Serve as the primary Training & Development point of contact for the WalkMe Workday implementation project, coordinating with external partners and internal subject-matter experts.
Define and document a scalable end-to-end DAP lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, solution design, build, testting, deployment, and maintenance.
Lead intake and scoping activities to understand business problems, user journeys, and performance expectations, then design and configure WalkMe solutions using the full suite of features.
Under the direction of the Mechanical Project Lead, you will work with multi-disciplined teams to develop mechanical general arrangement, piping isometric, pipe support, and equipment layout drawings in a 3-D model.
You will utilize Hexagon's SmartPlant S3D modeling software to generate mechanical design deliverables, BOMs, and commodity lists, as well as resolve clashes and discrepancies.
As the mechanical design team lead, you will coordinate detailed design phases, provide guidance to other designers, and mentor less experienced drafters.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to prepare substation design deliverables such as general arrangements, elevations, bills of material, and grounding plans.
Interpret and incorporate vendor information into design deliverables for high and extra high voltage substations.
Conduct walkdowns at client substation facilities to verify design details and coordinate with field conditions.
You will conduct transmission system planning and analysis, including load flow, stability, short circuit, and EMT studies for ISO/RTO and electric utility clients.
You will prepare new generator interconnection applications, including conceptual single line diagrams, compliance verification, and model development.
You will review ISO feasibility and system impact studies to provide guidance to interconnection customers.
You will act as a client-facing learning consultant, designing and facilitating in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses for highly technical and regulated environments.
You will apply your expertise in how people learn to create solutions that enable audiences to continuously develop skills and perform confidently.
Your work targets two primary learner audiences: S&L personnel within the Nuclear Power Group and external clients in the nuclear industry.
Lead cyber security engineering for nuclear power plant instrumentation and control systems, ensuring compliance with US nuclear rules and NEI guidance.
Review critical digital asset determinations, support software/hardware installation, and implement cyber security controls.
Direct automation and AI tool usage to improve engineering workflows, with oversight of programming tasks in Python, MATLAB, or advanced Excel.
