  • Own and execute in-person member events and dinners, including planning, logistics, and hosting across U.S. cities.
  • Manage and energize the online community through programming and facilitate a Member Innovation Council to gather product feedback.
  • Capture and create content from events to support marketing efforts and storytelling across social channels.

  • Build relationships with patients using motivational communication to drive positive health behavior change and improve outcomes.
  • Proactively monitor patient vital signs and perform wellness calls to educate, coach, and develop patient-centric health action plans.
  • Manage patient data and engagement within a remote care platform, following escalation pathways for urgent needs and collaborating with care teams.

$150,000–$175,000/yr

  • Prospect into assigned accounts and secure meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive sales strategy, including a target prospect list and regional plan, for the allocated territory.
  • Articulate and navigate complex sales cycles to present the value of the full product suite to decision-makers from technical contributors to C-level executives.

  • Hold a leadership role within the study team, overseeing and guiding clinical trial activities at a country or regional level.
  • Ensure high-quality execution, compliance, and timely delivery while acting as a key coordination point across cross-functional teams.
  • Focus on leadership, mentorship, and remote oversight of monitoring practices with minimal to no site assignments and a low-travel model.

  • Lead the deployment of the Operations & Supply Chain core model across global manufacturing and warehouse sites.
  • Own and drive the transformation and strategic implementation of global processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and value creation.
  • Act as end-to-end Process Owner for Operations & Supply Chain, with a strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies.

  • Play a vital role in helping students access learning by addressing the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges.
  • Bring flexibility and expertise to schools that need their support, conducting assessments and collaborating with educators.
  • Offer insight that guides real change, done in a way that honors both the student’s needs and the therapist’s well-being.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key district-level decision-makers to introduce Newsela’s suite of products, with a primary focus on our core curriculum.
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline, developing tailored account plans to move prospects through the specialized K-12 sales cycle.
  • Meet in-person with numerous district and county leaders to present solutions and secure agreements that implement Newsela's curriculum district-wide
