Responsibilities:
- Design transmission lines in the 69kV to 765kV range, ensuring compliance with specifications and client requirements.
- Mentor and train less experienced design team members.
- Perform independent reviews of calculations, drawings, and PLS-CADD models.
Qualifications:
- BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program and 12 years of transmission design experience.
- Proficiency with PLS-CADD software and knowledge of standards including NESC, IEC, ASCE, ACI, IEEE, and ANSI.
- Experience working directly with clients and reviewing design drawings created by others.
