Responsibilities include drafting assignments accurately, processing raw survey and LiDAR data into MicroStation OpenRoads format, and creating digital terrain models. The candidate will produce deliverables such as ALTA/NSPS, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, and As-Built drawings using MicroStation OpenRoads and TopoDOT, working closely with senior staff.
This role involves gathering, preparing, validating, and implementing 3D data for customer/project needs within companyβs growth objectives. You will confer with onsite project/customer engineers, architects, or owners on changes & adjustments to project needs through conception & completion of virtual design projects. You will also analyze specifications or sample layouts to implement customer design initiatives or projects, and ensure deliverables support client and stakeholder needs.
This role is critical to the success of our construction projects, with a primary focus on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction scheduling, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6. This position can be fully remote, with travel to project sites and company offices as needed.
