- Serve as the primary advocate for Building Information Modeling across multiple capital projects.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent, and coordinated digital designs from design through construction.
- Provide hands-on Revit drafting support for electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the owner's point of contact for all BIM-related matters, collaborating with design consultants and contractors.
- Maintain and manage central owner-side BIM repositories, ensuring version control and data integrity.
- Support project handover by ensuring as-built models are complete and accurate.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in BIM management and Revit modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360/ACC, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes across the project lifecycle.
