The VP will build, manage and lead a direct sales division at Xplor Pay which includes Regional Sales Directors, District Managers and Account Executives, achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, while heavily and consistently recruiting to build and continue to expand their territory.
