This position as RVP of Sales focuses on managing functions essential to our go-to-market strategy to drive sales enablement and productivity. This will include planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics, sales process optimization, and marketing and sales tech stack management. Oversees hiring, coaching, training, strategy, and personal development for their team.
As a Demand Generation Associate, you will be responsible for managing channels, including website chatbot, direct buy or media buying, and our gifting platform. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing Programs, Content, and Web/Design teams, to drive pipeline and revenue. Optimize toward agreed-upon campaign KPIβs and ultimately meet agreed-upon marketing KPIs. Make sure channels are aligned and working cohesively with the sales team.
