You will analyze novel and complex labor and employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions and deliver multistate labor and employment law compliance advice. You will also represent the company in investigations by administrative agencies and defend against claims of discrimination.

Responsible for supporting nursing communities within the geographic location assigned. Audits clinical services, reviews outcomes, and strategizes to improve resident care. The position is as much a support role as it is a leadership role. Works alongside the management teams at each building to develop and implement processes, identify and resolve issues, while also managing staff.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing, focusing on census growth through vision, mission, and growth, conducting site visits, and weekly and quarterly reporting. The role involves developing new processes and working leads. This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel with potential overnight stays.

Additionally, the manager will analyze financial data to spot trends and improve revenue streams.

Responsible for managing and executing all billing functions within skilled nursing facilities, with a particular emphasis on Illinois Medicaid billing. Requires a comprehensive understanding of all payer types and the ability to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. Responsibilities include billing operations, claims management, documentation and reporting, collaboration and communication, and regulatory compliance.

The Central Billing Support Specialist provides vital financial and administrative support across multiple Skilled Nursing and Senior Living facilities. Key responsibilities include processing credit card payments, managing deposit scanning, assisting with data entry, and supporting credentialing and PECOS applications. The position will focus on proactively developing, updating, and implementing policies, procedures, and practices related to timely onboarding, employment, and terminations.

Support nursing communities within the assigned geographic location. Audit clinical services, review outcomes, and strategize to improve resident care. This position is a support and leadership role, working alongside management teams to develop and implement processes, identify and resolve issues, while also managing staff.

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee the operations of our senior living communities your assigned region. Must possess proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settings. Must be able and willing to travel and possess extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
