As a Payer Relations Coordinator, you're responsible for managing relationships with insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for skilled nursing services. This role involves verifying patient insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, and resolving any issues related to insurance coverage. The coordinator will work closely with the admissions, billing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with insurance requirements optimize revenue cycle outcomes.
As a HR Intern, you will provide as needed support to our busy HR department. This position will primarily be responsible for compilation of a labor report, under the direction and guidance of the VP of HR.
Responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems for our internal and external clients. Proficiency in network troubleshooting, remote desktop applications and help-desk software experience is needed. Ability to install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. Experience working with Windows, Android, and IOS platforms is essential. Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset is a must for this role.
As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing all billing functions within our skilled nursing facilities, with a particular emphasis on Illinois Medicaid billing. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of all payer types and the ability to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. The responsibilities will include billing operations, claims management, documentation and reporting, and regulatory compliance.
