The Technology Consultant will operate as the technical expert interfacing with our enterprise customers around the world to help scope and support product integrations from conception to launch. The technology consultant is the voice of the customer internally at Alpaca, requiring a strong solution orientation, excellent communication skills, and project management abilities.

The Scrum Master II for Entegral is responsible for leading 2 or more self-organizing teams, facilitating the Kanban & Scrum processes using agile methodology, managing the product delivery execution, removing impediments to progress and assessing and coaching the scrum team to improve efficiency. The Scrum Master supports the Product Managers with managing the product backlog.

The Senior Technical Support Engineer (Senior TSE) diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. This role is a key escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, providing in-depth analysis, mentoring junior engineers, and improving support processes.

The Senior Certinia Application Administrator leads the administration, optimization, and support of our Certinia solution within the Salesforce platform, working closely with Finance, IT, and Business Operations teams to ensure system stability, scalability, and alignment with company objectives. They have extensive experience with Certinia ERP and PSA modules.
