Director of AI Strategy & Enablement

Strategic Intelligence:

• Partner with the Organizational Learning team to unlock value from existing data and research infrastructure.
• Connect information across student engagement, program outcomes, and operations to surface patterns.
• Build capacity to ask consequential questions of data and align strategy accordingly.

Leadership and Enablement:

• Provide vision and governance for AI adoption across Hillel International.
• Serve as an embedded consultant to teams, facilitating opportunity identification and workflow redesign.
• Build peer-to-peer networks and establish practical principles for responsible AI use.

Technology Platforms and Infrastructure:

• Guide selection and rollout of enterprise-grade AI platforms and secure access.
• Establish standards that protect data integrity while keeping tools practical.
• Coordinate operational implementation, integration, and support.

Training and Integration:

• Develop an enablement strategy spanning training, embedded consultation, and peer learning.
• Build AI training modules into existing professional development programs.
• Equip staff to identify opportunities and apply AI to advance organizational goals.
