The new SVP Product for our Cross-Workflow Outbound Product Management team is looking for a Strategy & Operations all-star to join their management team and help them establish and drive their remit. This Director of Strategic Ops will sit in the Solutions, Technology, Experience, and Platform (STEP) Strategic Operations group, along with others who are aligned with the ServiceNow Product teams.

The Senior Director of Strategy and Acquisitions will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Topcon Healthcare, connecting Topcon’s Ophthalmic Device and Software Platform with Healthcare Providers, Payers, and Life Science organizations. This includes conducting market analysis, defining product positioning and identifying strategic opportunities for business growth. This leader will own the acquisition process and due diligence for investments, working with stakeholders.
