Job Description

The COO Office drives operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined execution across ServiceNow. We are seeking an Strategic Insights and Alignment Manager to support and evolve the company’s enterprise OKR program and other high-impact COO initiatives. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role that blends strategic thinking, operational rigor, analytical insight, and exceptional communication. You will partner closely with the Director of Enterprise Strategic Programs, cross-functional operations teams, and senior leaders to drive alignment, simplify complexity, and accelerate execution across the company.

In this role you will support and evolve ServiceNow’s enterprise OKR framework, facilitate discussions to clarify objectives, analyze performance data to identify trends, and develop high-quality executive-ready presentations. You will also lead cross-functional workstreams, anticipate risks, and promote a culture of operational excellence. You will helo refine and improve performance and operating frameworks, playbooks, and best practices using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insights, and workflows.
