Work closely with the Head of Business Operations & Strategy to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth. Improve business intelligence dashboards and provide insights to sales and eng teams. Implement a robust sales process by identifying gaps in sales cycles, necessary collateral, and key customer events. Recommend objectives to leadership and evaluate new product initiatives.

Work closely with M-KOPA's senior management team and other cross-functional teams to support ongoing ad-hoc strategy projects as a strategy intern. You will be in a full-time, 10 week internship rolling up to our Chief Product Officer. Based in Nairobi, your work will be global in scope, covering all markets of operations.

The Business Operations and Strategy team drives strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the company, focusing on product-led business units to execute product, business model, go-to-market, and operational strategies. This role supports strategy development, applies data-driven analytics, and builds business models. Responsibilities include market analysis, financial model building, and identifying revenue opportunities.
