Looking for a dynamic and experienced healthcare operations leader to serve as Vice President, Revenue Cycle Strategy & Innovation. You will report to Experian Health and bridge clinical and product strategy to drive innovation, improve client experience, and enhance operational outcomes across our Epic-related services and internal product lifecycle. You will bring deep operational expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), Epic build certification, and serve as both a strategic advisor and expert-in-residence, supporting plans across sales, governance, training, product discovery, and new ideas.

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead the Founder's Office, design leadership operating models, and drive business acceleration across all functions, leveraging AI and implementing automations. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to make meaningful contributions in our next phase of growth.
