About the Role:
- We're looking for a Director of GTM Strategy and Operations to be the operational engine behind our go-to-market team.
- You'll sit at the intersection of sales operations, marketing operations, and revenue intelligence.
What You'll Do:
- Own and evolve the GTM tech stack, ensuring clean data flow and minimal manual work.
- Operationalize the sales process with MEDDPICC adoption and pipeline management cadences.
- Build dashboards, predictive models, and win/loss frameworks to drive data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, plus a bias toward automation.
- Experience with AI/LLM tooling and a track record of building forecasting frameworks.
