About the Role:
- We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to lead AI adoption across every department at Arkestro.
- You will run the AI Center of Excellence day to day, build with dedicated department positions, and coach a cross-functional champions network.
- Your charter is universal adoption with measured business value.
Responsibilities:
- Own company-wide AI adoption end to end, including awareness, training, activation, and measured business value.
- Run the AI Center of Excellence operating cadence, including champions network, office hours, intake, prioritization, and adoption scoreboard.
- Recruit, coach, and support at least one champion in every department, and run cross-functional AI pods to ship measured results.
