What you'll do:
- Own the AI learning roadmap and build role-specific learning paths.
- Design workshops, videos, and an enablement hub with playbooks and examples.
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Digital Operations to ensure responsible use.
What success looks like:
- Employees confidently use approved AI tools and understand human judgment points.
- Teams have reusable workflows and a trusted library of short-form learning.
- Leadership sees clear evidence of adoption, value, and risk.
Requirements:
- Portfolio showing ability to teach complex technology through facilitation, video, or writing.
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and an example of a built workflow.
- Track record of changing behavior and measuring adoption beyond attendance.
