Role Overview:
- Serve as a trusted AI solution expert, guiding functional leaders to identify business friction and translate needs into AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI agents, skills, and automations balancing value, usability, and enterprise standards.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with end users and stakeholders to validate requirements and support adoption.
- Collaborate with the AI Transformation Lead and technology partners to align with enterprise standards.
Development:
- Develop reusable solution patterns, playbooks, and best practices to reduce duplication of effort.
- Evaluate solution effectiveness through user feedback and business outcomes, recommending enhancements.
