Gusto is looking for a Senior Engineering leader to drive and execute on the cross-functional strategy for our Contractors team. Empowered by our Head of Engineering, Contractors, this role will play a critical role in how we design, build and execute the roadmap and vision of our Payroll product. You’ll lead Gusto’s Contractors engineering team, including the recruitment, hiring, and empowerment of a world-class team.

Lead the Nitro Growth team within the Consumer Revenue organization, focusing on helping users understand the value of Nitro, optimizing its visibility across Discord, and building new levers for growth and acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the team's vision and roadmap. Lead a team of full-stack engineers, instilling best practices and making sound decisions around resourcing. Partner on strategic planning and improve the engineering organization.
