In this role your key area of responsibility will be identifying and understanding complex customer needs and requirements, developing and customizing solutions using Geotab’s open platform, and supporting partners in overcoming business challenges. You will need to work closely with a variety of stakeholders within Geotab’s sales channels, customer care, product management and other solutions engineering teams.

The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for accurately applying customer payments to the appropriate accounts and invoices, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring timely posting of cash receipts. They will be contacting customers as necessary to obtain payment remittance backup and reviewing, reconciling & posting all daily customer payment files.

This role requires the ability to showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for prospective customers by identifying and understanding their needs and requirements. You will be responsible for positioning the best solutions and product features to customers, utilizing segment based knowledge to solve business challenges.
