AI Adoption Lead

What You'll Love Doing:

• We are looking for an AI Adoption Lead to shape how enterprise clients turn AI investment into lasting business value.
• You will own the adoption experience across our AI Momentum programme, partnering with executive sponsors and client teams.
• AI Momentum is our five-phase, platform-agnostic AI adoption programme.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Client-facing: Design and lead the full change and adoption programme for each AI Momentum client engagement.
• Programme ownership: Lead AI Accelerate end-to-end and own AI Operate end-to-end.
• Internal: Shape the adoption narrative in proposals and build repeatable playbooks.

Skills & Experience:

• Enterprise Change Leadership: Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Large-Group Communication: Confident and engaging when communicating with groups of 50–500 people.
• Adoption Measurement: Defines adoption metrics before deployment.
