- Drive safe, practical AI adoption across the company within a 4-5 month contract.
- Act as the internal AI champion, helping teams turn curiosity into confident everyday AI usage.
- Shape the AI adoption strategy by building internal champions and developing usage guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Identify and build a network of AI star performers across the company.
- Draft and own company-wide AI usage guidelines balancing safety and speed.
- Design and deliver internal training to lift AI fluency from beginners to power users.
You Will Bring:
- Proven ability to quickly understand environments and deliver measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools like Claude, Copilot, and driving adoption.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, prompt engineering, and AI risks.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
