Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate an AI strategy that has wide alignment and support across the organization.
- Build and maintain an iterative roadmap of AI transformation initiatives across and within teams.
- Own the AI transformation operating cadence, including meeting rhythms and reporting forums.
Core Competencies:
- Lead through influence, not authority, with proven ability to convince senior stakeholders.
- Program/product management rigor to build and run a recurring cadence.
- Senior-management-level credibility and uniquely strong AI fluency.
Target Experience:
- 6–8+ years in a fast-moving tech organization, operating at senior-management level.
- Direct experience helping an organization adopt a significant new technology, ideally AI in the last 1–2 years.
- Track record partnering across Product, Design, and Engineering specifically.
