Program Strategy & Governance:
- Design and own SavvyMoney's enterprise AI adoption program across all business functions.
- Build formal program structure with charters, roadmaps, governance cadences, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases using a structured value and feasibility framework.
Change Management & Enablement:
- Lead design and execution of company-wide change management program to shift workflows toward AI.
- Partner with business functions to develop adoption playbooks, training curricula, and enablement resources.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, building feedback loops and change readiness assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting:
- Serve as primary point of accountability for AI adoption, reporting quarterly to the C-suite and Board.
- Translate technical program data into concise executive narratives that drive decisions.
- Facilitate executive steering committee sessions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
