- Identify high-value AI use cases across business units.
- Map workflows to enable step-change improvements.
Demand Management & Prioritization:
- Design and lead the Plan and Commit process for AI requests.
- Prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, ROI, and risk.
- Maintain a transparent backlog of initiatives.
Vendor and Platform Management:
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies through pilots.
- Lead vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Stay current on the evolving AI landscape.
Rollout, Adoption & Change Management:
- Drive phased rollout and adoption of AI initiatives.
- Build an AI Champion Network and Community of Practice.
- Define adoption metrics and post-launch stabilization plans.
