AI SWAT & Guild:
- Run the operating rhythm for the AI build portfolio: intake, staging, dependencies, launch sequencing, and weekly capacity.
- Own communications and follow-through with Guild builder/operators at different learning stages.
- Drive a 90-day delivery gate against prioritized workflow builds with ELT updates and ROI worksheets.
AI Enablement:
- Coordinate the general-population AI training rollout across approximately 600 learners and a clinical cohort.
- Align scope and priorities across IT, Security, Clinical Leadership, and L&D for concurrent programs.
- Maintain the AI enablement roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
AI TA Assessments:
- Project manage the design of an AI competency screening framework with Talent Acquisition.
- Pilot the process against real hiring cycles and then scale across functions.
- Build documentation and templates to ensure repeatability independent of any single person.
