AI Transformation Owner, Product & Design

An overview of this role:

• You will shape your function's AI strategy and build solutions that deliver it, partnering with an Executive Sponsor to align on the biggest challenges.
• You'll manage the full lifecycle of AI transformation, from understanding how work flows today to driving measurable outcomes and adoption.
• You'll prototype solutions using no-code/low-code platforms, then partner with an AI Engineer to scale them in production.

What you'll do:

• Own your function's AI strategy, prioritize against business outcomes, manage intake of requests, and maintain a clear roadmap.
• Drive adoption and change management through rituals, feedback loops, a Champion network, and visible celebrations of wins.
• Build and operate AI agents, author skills files, configure MCP servers, and track KPIs to iterate based on real usage.

What you'll bring:

• Deep knowledge of your function's operations, strategic prioritization skills, and a product management mindset.
• Strong communication and influence abilities, plus experience building peer networks or communities of practice.
• Comfort building with AI tools, a willingness to learn fast, and a strong conceptual understanding of AI capabilities.
