The Mission:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on delivery partner for strategic customer portfolios.
- Drive adoption of strategic initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational transformations.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and embed human-centered change practices in technology-driven environments.
Your Assignment:
- Develop and execute change strategies, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Define and track adoption metrics, monitoring readiness and surfacing risks.
- Support AI-enabled transformation and innovation, addressing readiness, skills shifts, and workforce impacts.
Your Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable operating within complex initiatives.
- Solid communication skills with a track record of building trusted working relationships.
