ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • This is not a traditional CSM role; you will act as a strategic consultant to clients.
  • You will own the post-sale customer journey from implementation through expansion.
  • Work directly with the CEO and have high visibility across the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of accounts.
