ABOUT THE ROLE:
- This is not a traditional CSM role; you will act as a strategic consultant to clients.
- You will own the post-sale customer journey from implementation through expansion.
- Work directly with the CEO and have high visibility across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of accounts.
- Design adoption programs and custom communications tailored to each customer.
- Build and systematize the CS function using AI and no-code tools.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years in a role owning complex stakeholder relationships with HR or L&D.
- Genuine AI fluency and hands-on automation experience.
- Strong executive presence and change management skills.
