Responsibilities:
- Lead customers from kickoff through adoption, including implementation planning and training.
- Own or partner on renewal strategy for enterprise accounts using data and ROI analysis.
- Lead live demos, onboarding sessions, and executive business reviews.
Experience Required:
- 3-7 years in B2B SaaS Customer Success owning onboarding and renewals.
- Strong presentation and data-driven storytelling skills.
- Comfort with legal or professional-services teams preferred.

- Fast-paced startup environment with real ownership from day one.
- Remote role unless within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT, then hybrid with 3 in-office days.
