What you'll do:

  • Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Run a smart, efficient book of business using AI tools to draft communications, summarise account health, and spot patterns.
  • Drive adoption with intent by understanding how different teams use Dovetail and connecting that to customer goals.

What you'll bring:

  • 3 to 5 years in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment with a commercial track record.
  • Genuine AI fluency using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • Commercial instinct to know when to escalate, push, or let something breathe.
