As a Customer Success Manager, the person in this role will be a strategic partner to the Customer, helping them deliver value from Adthena's platform by enabling platform adoption, providing SEM best practices, and bespoke Solution Services with support from the BI team.

In this role, you’ll quarterback the relationship with Monte Carlo’s most significant and most strategic customers to help them bring trust to their data by planning and executing enterprise rollouts, navigating stakeholders, defining best practices, articulating value, nurturing expansion opportunities, and collaborating across teams. This role will be fully remote in London, UK.

The position focuses on program management for key customers’ SpringWorks onsite programs, balancing account management and program management through strong communication and collaboration skills; the role involves project management, stakeholder engagement, and proactive issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
