The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Caylent is the lifeblood of sales that brings together Amazon Web Services (AWS) and our customers. You will be tasked to identify, qualify, and close new AWS business opportunities through your own prospecting and collaboration with AWS sellers. You will be a self-starter, interested in taking the next step in your sales journey.

Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent’s Architects and Delivery Managers to deliver AWS cloud solutions across our diverse and innovative customer base. You’ll work with the latest technologies and with disruptive customers looking to bring innovative ideas to the market.

Serve as a Service Delivery Operations Manager, focused on capacity planning, operational maturity, and cross-functional alignment. Lead a team of analysts and coordinators and serve as the first line of escalation for operational challenges. Drive adherence to standardized processes, enforce data fidelity across systems, and influence truth-based planning practices across Sales, PMO, and Delivery. Advance operational excellence through structured process oversight, forecast-driven planning, and strategic reporting.

Lead, coach, and scale multiple teams of Project Managers across a significant book of business, ensuring successful execution across cloud delivery engagements while driving operational excellence, customer success, and business growth. Oversee multi-faceted P&L for a significant portfolio of accounts and projects and navigate complex customer escalations and negotiations.
