About the Role:
- Design and lead change management strategies for law firms and corporate legal departments adopting Syllo.
- Work directly with strategic clients and partner internally with Sales, Account Management, and Training.
What You Will Do:
- Design and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies addressing people, process, and technology.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from practicing attorneys to C-suite executives.
- Partner on transformation and drive enablement programs with Training.
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Account Management, and Training.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
